Our treatments and services are inspired by plant-based healing traditions from around the world. Aveda believes in restoring balance to the five elements holistically, by engaging all five senses (sight, smell, sound, taste, touch) through our pure aromas, plant-based products, nurturing high-touch treatments and unique sensory experiences.

Our tailor made packages are the perfect gift, or pre wedding pamper. You can choose from 5 different packages; ranging from an express package, perfect for time strapped new parents, to a full day’s total indulgence.

Each appointment includes time scheduled for a consultation.

A 50% deposit is payable when booking. 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or ammendments to any booking.

Booking & Cancellation Policy – Card details will be required to secure any booking (please note that no money will be taken unless you fail to attend your appointment or you cancel your appointment within the terms set out below), a 50% deposit will be taken for any appointment duration over 3 hours, over £250 value, groups of 2 or more bookings, wedding bookings and any appointments on a Sunday.

If an appointment is cancelled OR amended with less than 48 hours notice then a 50% fee will be charged, if less than 24 hours notice or you fail to attend an appointment then 100% of the service/s will be charged.

By booking an appointment at The Rye Retreat you automatically agree to adhere to this booking and cancellation policy.
