As every client’s hair and desired finish are unique, each service is bespoke and priced accordingly to ensure the best results and experience. Our stylists each have their own areas of expertise, and we are always happy to guide you towards the stylist best suited to achieve your desired look and style.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy – Card details will be required to secure any booking (please note that no money will be taken unless you fail to attend your appointment or you cancel your appointment within the terms set out below), a 50% deposit will be taken for any appointment duration over 3 hours, over £250 value, groups of 2 or more bookings, wedding bookings and any appointments on a Sunday.
If an appointment is cancelled OR amended with less than 48 hours notice then a 50% fee will be charged, if less than 24 hours notice or you fail to attend an appointment then 100% of the service/s will be charged.
By booking an appointment at The Rye Retreat you automatically agree to adhere to this booking and cancellation policy.
