Our massages, along with all of our other treatments, are completely bespoke and tailored to your individual needs.

Your treatment will be personalised after a chat with your therapist. While the descriptions provide a helpful guide, your treatment may vary slightly to ensure it best meets your needs on the day.

For treatments of 45 minutes or longer, you'll begin your experience with a relaxing foot spa while your therapist discusses your preferences and treatment goals with you.

When booking, we'll ask for your email address so we can send you a link to our online medical form. We ask that this is completed before you arrive. If you haven't had the chance to do so, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete it in the salon. (We're sorry about this! But it's a legal requirement for us and yes, you do need to do it every time.)

Some treatments are not suitable for some medical conditions. the medical consultation form gives us the opportnity to offer safe alteratives

Our oncology treatment is thoughtfully tailored to meet you exactly where you are. No two treatments are the same. Your session will be carefully adapted to suit your individual needs on the day — this may range from a gentle foot or hand massage to a soothing facial or light-touch body treatment. 

To ensure your treatment is appropriate and safe, we will need to ask some detailed (and sometimes personal) questions prior to your appointment.We can email this to you, so you can do this in the comfort of your own surroundings.This allows us to fully understand your circumstances and adapt every aspect of your experience accordingly.

Our approach is guided by training and best practice recommendations from The Sara Lee Trust. We recognise that every person’s journey is different, and while our therapists are trained in suitable techniques for a variety of scenarios, your treatment will always be led by your comfort, preferences, and current wellbeing.

Due to the deeply restorative nature of touch, we recommend a maximum treatment time of 60 minutes, in line with guidance from the Sara Lee Trust.

This treatment must be prebooked, and we kindly ask that it is disclosed at the time of booking. This allows us to guide you towards the most suitable appointment and ensure the time, therapist, and treatment plan are right for your individual needs.

An innovative massage experience that focuses on the seven chakra centres. Combining deep tissue massage, reflexology and chakra energy work to aid stress relief and decrease muscular tension and align your chakras.

This deep tissue massage uses warm bamboo sticks to relieve aches and pains alongside soothing the body and mind. It will relieve muscle tension, increase circulation and incorporates lymphatic drainage to aid sleep and provide a deep sense of relaxation.

A deep and penetrating massage using warm Mexican basalt stones to help soothe tired, aching muscles allowing a deeper tissue massage.

A relaxing and pampering massage for expectant mothers, to help relieve aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Desgined for your comfort using pre-natal massage techniques. Suitable for expectant mothers who are no longer in their first trimester.

Relieves stress and improves circulation, to restore balance to your body and mind. This ancient healing art works through pressure point massage on the feet, to aid free flow of energy to the whole body. Particularly helpful to aid relief from stress and tension.

Using Rock Rose's massage candles which are made locally in Hastings, a soothing aroma to relax and helps you unwind whilst leaving your skin sumptuously soft and hydrated.

Thai Fusion Massage combines ancient massage techniques with rocking and pressure point work to promote relaxation, flexibility, and energy flow. By stretching and compressing the body, it helps to release tension in muscles, improve joint mobility, and enhance circulation. This holistic approach also stimulates the body’s natural healing processes, reduces stress levels, and promotes a sense of well-being. This encorporates the use of our warm basalt stones to further aid relaxation.

We are able to offer couples massage. 

Suject to availabilty and some restrictions apply.

This treatment is perfect for overworked feet.

A gentle exfoliation followed by foot and leg massage using hot stones; helps improve circulation which can ease leg cramps and symptoms of Restless Leg Syndrome and Plantar Fasciitis. Reflex points on the feet are stimulated to further aid relaxation and de-stressing. 

This treatment has the benefit of staying fully clothed.
