Cancellation Policy
We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require a cancellation. Out of respect for our therapists and stylists time , we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or amendments to an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost.
